Nthanda is a Fortรฉ Fellow (2024/2025 Fortรฉ MBA Ambassador) pursuing a STEM MBA at Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business, focusing on Supply Chain and Marketing Management. She holds leadership roles as the MBA Liaison and Fortรฉ Ambassador, aiming to enhance career resources, for in particular women MBAs. She also serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the School of Engineering.

Nthanda was selected as a part of the Africa Climate Ambassadors Programme (ACAP) 2024 cohort. The year long programme brings together 18 of Africa’s leaders to champion the climate change opportunity narrative within their spheres of influence across the continent.
