Nthanda holds a STEM MBA from the Eli Broad College of Business [Michigan State University], specialising in Business Development Management [Marketing Management and Business Analaytics], and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, attained from the Malawi University of Science and Technology, specialising in Digital Transformation. Her Bachelor of Social Science attained from the University of Malawi, dual-majored in Economics and Demography, and specialised in the socio-economic impacts of Women's Empowerment. She has vast experience in Business Development, Digital Innovation and Knowledge Management, and is presently running a cyber-physical infrastructure company in Detroit.
