Nthanda is presently pursuing a STEM MBA at the Eli Broad College of Business (Michigan State University), specialising in Business Development Management (Marketing Management and Business Analaytics). She holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, attained from the Malawi University of Science and Technology, specialising in Digital Transformation. Her Bachelor of Social Science attained from the University of Malawi, dual-majored in Economics and Demography, and specialised in the socio-economic impacts of Women's Empowerment. She has vast experience in Business Development, Digital Innovation and Knowledge Management, and aspires to pursue a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation.
