Nthanda served as a public officer with the Malawi Revenue Authority from July 2018 – January 2021.
She worked as a Revenue Officer in the Lilongwe Domestic Tax Department, in the Government Compliance Unit.
She left the MRA to establish her NGO, the Ntha Foundation.
