In May 2024, Ms. Manduwi was invited by the University of Malawi’s Economics Department to deliver a lecture to the graduating class of 2024 during their exit day event on the power of networking, building connections, and personal branding; and tips on entrepreneurship.
She shared insights on how effective networking can open doors to numerous opportunities, highlighting the importance of nurturing genuine relationships. She also emphasized the significance of personal branding in today’s digital age, where one’s online presence can significantly impact their professional journey. Ms. Manduwi’s talk aimed to equip the graduates with practical strategies to build strong networks and a compelling personal brand, crucial for their future, and specifically entrepreneurial success.
